Special Order Merchandise is any merchandise that Creative Furniture Galleries, Inc. does not regularly stock in its warehouse but is available for purchase either online or through a store sales associate. This merchandise is not eligible for Creative Furniture’s advertised sales, discounts, or promotions.

Special orders are filled by the manufacturer upon customer purchase request and may take 6 - 20 weeks to arrive. Your sales associate or online orders department will typically be able to update you on the status of your order after two weeks. Due to the nature of special orders, such merchandise is subject to a minimum of fifty percent and a maximum hundred percent down payment when purchased. Availability of Special Order merchandise is not guaranteed. If for any reason the special-order merchandise is no longer available, Creative Furniture Galleries, Inc. assumes no liability but will refund the deposit in full.

Down Payment: All Special Orders will be subject to a hundred percent down payment.


Cancellation and Return Policy

Special orders are excluded from Creative Furniture Galleries, Inc.’s standard cancellation and return policy.

Special orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase in order to be eligible for a full refund. Please call your purchase location or [email protected] if the order was placed through the website to request to cancel.

In the rare event when Creative Furniture Galleries, Inc. approves a request for cancellation of special order merchandise after the 24-hour cancellation period but before receipt of the merchandise, the customer will incur a 35% restocking fee or forfeit their fifty percent down-payment if financed.

Special Order merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.


Special-order merchandise comes with a standard limited 1-year warranty from the manufacturer. Customers also have the option to buy an extended warranty accident protection plan for an additional fee at the time of purchase.
